Overview

Lattice Tactics is an offline-first strategy game published by Mindseed. Local, AI, tutorial and LAN modes work without an account. Online multiplayer uses a permanent Firebase account (email/password or Google) so your matches and friends list survive reinstalls and new devices.

Information we collect

When you play online

Account ID (created when you register for online play)
Email address used to sign in and recover your account (not shown to other players)
Google account link, only if you choose Continue with Google / Link Google
Display name you choose (shown to opponents and friends)
Avatar: a ship icon, or an optional custom image you pick. Online, a custom image is uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage and may be shown to friends and match opponents.
Match data needed for multiplayer (moves and setup commitments)
Friend and block lists, and any abuse reports you file
Push notification token, only if you enable match notifications
Short-lived in-match presence to avoid duplicate notifications

On your device only

Saved games and settings stay on your device. In a LAN game your display name and avatar are exchanged directly with the other device on your network.

Crash reports

Anonymized crash diagnostics may be sent via Firebase Crashlytics to help fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. There are no in-app purchases.

Sharing

Data is shared only as needed for gameplay (for example your display name to an opponent) and with service providers (Google Firebase) under their terms.

Your choices

Play offline without signing in
Turn notifications off in Settings
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. Or request deletion on the web.

Retention

Local data remains until you clear it or uninstall. Online profile and social data, including any uploaded avatar image, is deleted when account deletion succeeds. Limited match, integrity or abuse records may be kept or anonymized where needed for opponent history, legal obligations or abuse investigation.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
